<reference>625 ILCS 5/7-307</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 7-307</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that if a judgment debtor has a judgment rendered against them that would require the suspension of his or her driver's license should nonpayment occur, the court shall forward a copy of this judgment to the judgment creditor or their attorney of record in addition to the Secretary of State. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
