<reference>20 ILCS 3005/7.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 3005/7.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 3005/7.6 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act. Requires, beginning in State fiscal year 2015, the Governor's Office of Management and Budget to post on its publicly accessible internet website in a commonly-used spreadsheet format a secure copy of all tables, charts, and quantitative data used in the preparation of the Governor's proposed State budgets. Requires the Governor's Office of Management and Budget to establish on its website a geographic information system to provide members of the public with detailed information regarding State revenues and expenditures at different geographic scales. Creates the Governmental Transparency Task Force. Directs the Task Force to study proposals to make the State budgeting process the most transparent, publicly-accessible budgeting process in the nation and to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by no later than January 1, 2015. Directs the Governor's Office of Management and Budget to provide administrative support to the Task Force.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
