Extends the sunset of the Act until December 12, 2025. Amends the Illinois Coal Technology Development Assistance Act. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, any amounts that were required to be transferred to the Coal Technology Development Assistance Fund shall instead be transferred to the Renewable Energy Resources Fund. Provides that, upon the expenditure of all of the moneys remaining in the Coal Technology Development Assistance Fund on the effective date of the amendatory Act, that Fund shall be dissolved.
