<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Chemicals in Commercial Products Act. Creates the Task Force on Chemicals in Commercial Products. Provides that the task force shall (1) prepare a report evaluating the risks to human health and safety posed by the presence of chemicals classified as priority chemicals by the federal Safer Chemistry Challenge Program within commercial products sold in this State, and (2) provide recommendations to the General Assembly as to whether further legislation is needed to regulate priority chemicals in commercial products in this State. Contains a repealer provision.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
