Provides for the issuance of a citation by the Director of Labor for a violation of the Act, and provides for administrative and judicial review. Provides for civil and criminal penalties. Provides for the confidentiality of trade secrets. Contains other provisions. Repeals the Safety Inspection and Education Act and the Health and Safety Act.
