<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Youth Accountability Task Force Act. Provides for the creation of a Youth Accountability Task Force within the Department of Juvenile Justice to develop a statewide plan to help prevent youth from joining gangs. Provides that the Task Force shall consult with appropriate State departments, agencies, and board representatives on issues related to juvenile justice administration. Provides that the Department of Juvenile Justice shall provide professional and clerical staff and other services and supplies, including meeting space, as needed for the Task Force to carry out its duties in an effective manner. Provides that the Department of Juvenile Justice shall provide other staff to the Task Force at the request of the Task Force. Provides that the Task Force shall submit an initial report to the General Assembly and the Governor on or before August 1, 2015. Provides that the Task Force may dissolve upon filing its final report. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
