Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963, the Pretrial Services Act, the Probation and Probation Officers Act, and Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that as a condition of bail, if the court determines there is a continuing level of danger to any victim, that the 72-hour period of either no contact with a victim or entering the victim's residence would not be sufficient, then the court shall add a second consecutive 72-hour period of no contact and prohibiting the defendant from entering the victim's residence. Provides that a pretrial service agency or probation department shall have access to victim interviews conducted by law enforcement agencies and access for a direct interview of the victim for the purpose of determining bail. Provides that a probation officer shall not disclose any confidential communication or be examined as a witness in any civil, criminal or administrative proceeding as to any confidential communication without the written consent of the domestic violence victim or a representative of the victim, except to the extent the probation officer reasonably believes necessary to prevent reasonably certain death or substantial bodily harm. Effective immediately. Some provisions effective July 1, 2015.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
