<reference>625 ILCS 5/1-100</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-100</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<reftype>Deletes reference to:</reftype><reference>625 ILCS 5/1-100</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reftype>Adds reference to:</reftype><reference>625 ILCS 5/3-699.14 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of World War II Illinois Veterans Memorial license plates. Provides that the cost of initial issuance of these plates shall be $40 in addition to any other fees, $25 of which will go to the World War II Illinois Veterans Memorial Fund and $15 of which will go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund. Provides that renewal of these plates will cost $27, $25 of which will go to the World War II Illinois Veterans Memorial Fund and $2 of which will go to the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
