Requires employers to make specific disclosures to domestic workers regarding terms of employment. Requires written contracts. Establishes provisions for duration of shifts, meal breaks, sleep and rest periods, paid time off, and other matters. Provides for enforcement by the Department of Labor. Authorizes civil actions. Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Minimum Wage Law, the Wages of Women and Minors Act, and the One Day Rest In Seven Act to make various changes regarding domestic workers.
