Provides that the fees for sport fishing licenses and for hunting licenses to hunt all species for non-residents who have been awarded a Purple Heart by a branch of the armed forces of the United States shall be the same as the fees for a resident. Provides that Purple Heart recipients must provide to the Department of Natural Resources verification of their service and receipt of a Purple Heart.
