<reference>515 ILCS 5/10-45</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 56, par. 10-45</aliasreference><reference>515 ILCS 5/10-47 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that all casting nets shall be legal, without size limits, for the capture of shad, minnow, common carp (Cyprinus carpio), goldfish (Carassius auratus), Asian carp [bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis), black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), and silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molotrix)], goldeye, mooneye, carp, carpsuckers, suckers, redhorse, buffalo fish, freshwater drum, and skipjack for use as live, dead, or cut bait. Provides that all individuals using casting nets for the capture of specified fish shall possess a valid sport fishing license.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
