<reference>15 ILCS 505/17.10 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>35 ILCS 5/203</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 120, par. 2-203</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Treasurer Act. Provides that the State Treasurer may establish a program under which a person may make contributions to an account that is established for the purpose of meeting the qualified disability expenses of a designated beneficiary of the account. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a deduction for individual taxpayers equal to the amount contributed by the taxpayer to those accounts during the taxable year, but not to exceed $20,000 per taxable year.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
