Provides for the cessation of the Des Plaines Valley Mosquito Abatement District, North Shore Mosquito Abatement District, Northwest Mosquito Abatement District, and South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District. Provides that the terms of existing trustees of the 4 mosquito abatement district boards expire on January 1, 2015. Provides for transfer of the powers, duties, employees, property, records, and unexpended revenues of the 4 mosquito abatement districts to the Cook County Department of Environmental Control. Provides for a Cook County Mosquito Abatement Advisory Board composed of 5 members. Provides that the Board of Commissioners of Cook County may pass a resolution or ordinance assigning the powers and duties transferred under the Act to another unit of county government.
