<reference>625 ILCS 5/4-107</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 4-107</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that beginning January 1, 2014, a vehicle subject to registration that has not been fitted with an original manufacturer's vehicle identification number shall be affixed with a visible metal identification tag.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
