Changes the definition of "land", "owner", "recreational or conservation purpose", "charge", and "person". In language providing that nothing in the Act limits liability in any way for willful and wanton failure to guard or warn against a dangerous condition, use, structure, or activity, adds an exception for liability based upon conditions, features, or properties naturally occurring on the land.
