Effective immediately.Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Restores the date that customers may apply to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to be designated as a self-directing customer or exempt customer using natural gas as a feedstock to the 1st day of February, 2010. Provides that a customer that has not already been approved by the Department may apply to be designated a self-directing customer or exempt customer that uses natural gas as a feedstock between September 1, 2012 and September 20, 2012, on a form approved by the Department.
