Provides that the Board may object to the proposed contract or proposed contract renewal or extension and require a hearing before the Board on the matter within 30 calendar days after the date of filing. Provides that if the Board does not object within 30 calendar days or takes affirmative action to recommend the proposed contract or proposed contract renewal or extension, the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority may enter into the contract or contract renewal or extension.
