Makes corresponding changes. Makes a change concerning reporting requirements when the State Board of Education becomes aware that a regional superintendent is employing his or her relative as an assistant regional superintendent. Further amends the School Code in the Article concerning the common school fund to provide that the State Board of Education shall request an appropriation payable from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund or the common school fund (rather than the common school fund only) for compensation for regional superintendents of schools and the assistant regional superintendents of schools.
