Provides that where a marked flush median of sufficient width divides one or more lanes of traffic driving in opposite directions, a left turn shall not be made from any other lane and that a vehicle shall not be driven in the marked flush median except when preparing for or making a left turn from or into the roadway, driveway, or alley or when preparing for or making a U turn when otherwise permitted by law.
