Provides that, if a casino-based electronic check acceptance service has taken part in a casino-based transaction involving a check that is dishonored, then a casino-based electronic check acceptance service may recover the amount of the check plus $25 from a person who writes a check for use in a casino-based transaction that is dishonored. Defines "casino-based electronic check acceptance service."</SynopsisText></synopsis>
