<reference>20 ILCS 3960/12.4</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act in the provision concerning written notice of a hospital's reduction in health care services. Provides that the notice must be given if a hospital reduces certain services by 25% (instead of 50%). Provides that the notice shall include a report setting forth the reasons for the reduction in service and any foreseeable impact to other hospitals in the region. Provides that the report shall be made available to the public and shall be published on the hospital's website. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
