Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Repeals the statutes creating the offenses of barratry and maintenance. Repeals the Sale of Maps Act, the Video Movie Sales and Rentals Act, and the Aerial Exhibitors Safety Act. Effective immediately.
