Synopsis As Introduced
Rescinds Sections II, III, and IV of Executive Order 2005-03, restoring the respective state healthcare purchasing powers, duties and responsibilities to the Departments of Central Management Services, Corrections, Human Services, Juvenile Justice, and Veterans' Affairs, from the Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Rescission effective September 30, 2012 or upon written agreement of the Directors of the Departments of Central Management Services and Healthcare and Family Services. Retains Section 1 of Executive Order 2005-03 (which changed the name of the Department of Public Aid to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services). Effective May 1, 2012.
