    AN ACT concerning ethics.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act is

amended  by changing Section 15-40 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 430/15-40)

    Sec. 15-40. Posting.  All officers, members, and State 
8
agencies shall
conspicuously display notices of State employee 
9
protection under this this Act.
