| AN ACT concerning local government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
| 5 |
| is amended by adding Section 305 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (70 ILCS 2605/305 new) |

| Sec. 305. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of |
| 8 |
| this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, the corporate |
| 9 |
| limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are |
| 10 |
| extended to include within those limits the following described |
| 11 |
| tracts of land, and the tracts are annexed to the District: |
| 12 |
| All of Blocks 1, 2, and 3; Lots 1 and 2 in Block 4; Lots |
| 13 |
| 1, 2, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 in Block 5; all |
| 14 |
| in Arthur T. McIntosh & Co's Crawford Countryside Unit #1, |
| 15 |
| a subdivision in the northeast 1/4 of Sec. 15-35-13, |
| 16 |
| recorded November 29, 1950 as Document Number 14962630, in |
| 17 |
| Cook County, Illinois; and |
| 18 |
| Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 in |
| 19 |
| Block 7; all of Blocks 8, 9, 10, and 11; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, |
| 20 |
| 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16 in Block 12; Lots 2, |
| 21 |
| 3, 4, 6, and the northern half of Lot 5 in Block 13; Lots 1, |
| 22 |
