<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Creates the Interdependence of Generations Task Force Act to develop Illinois' growing retiree population as a resource for mobilizing citizens of all ages and addressing community needs across generations. Contains provisions regarding the composition of the task force; the task force's responsibilities; and reporting requirements. Provides that the Department on Aging, in cooperation with the Intergenerational Initiative at Southern Illinois University School of Law's Center for Health Law and Policy, shall have primary responsibility for, and shall provide staffing and technical assistance and administrative support to, the Task Force in its efforts. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
