<reference>40 ILCS 5/5-114</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 5-114</aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 805/8.34 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, for a policeman assigned to a non-civil service position in the police department on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, annual salary means the total salary derived from appropriations applicable to the civil service rank only. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
