<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>10 ILCS 5/9-27.8 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Election Code. Creates the Campaign Finance Task Force to evaluate campaign contribution limits imposed on political committees and assess matters related to campaign finances. Provides that the task force shall consist of the executive director of the State Board of Elections, as a non-voting member, and members appointed by the Governor and legislative leaders. Provides the State Board of Elections shall provide necessary staff and other support. Requires the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and the Governor by January 1, 2014. Effective January 1, 2011.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
