<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 2205/2205-15 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Healthcare and Family Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that any additional federal moneys received by the State under an economic stimulus plan for purposes of implementing the medical assistance program under the Illinois Public Aid Code, whether those moneys are received in the form of a direct cash grant or in the form of an enhanced federal match rate, shall be used to pay for obligations already incurred by the State under the medical assistance program, except to the extent that such use may be prohibited by the terms of the additional federal funding. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
