Provides that the Clerk, at the request of any member, shall place a table in the House chamber, located near the front of the lower podium, for the display of personal items, such as awards, commendations, and pictures, related to a member of the armed services, law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other first responder who is being honored with a resolution for his or her service and loss of life while serving the nation or community in an official capacity.
