In provisions concerning early retirement incentives, provides that an annuitant who has received an age enhancement or creditable service under those provisions and thereafter accepts employment with or enters into a personal services contract with an employer does not forfeit that age enhancement or creditable service for service in an elective office if the annuitant elects not to participate with respect to service on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act in that office.
