<reference>720 ILCS 570/103</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 1103</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Provides that a licensed physician who is otherwise authorized to prescribe controlled substances in Illinois may prescribe Schedule II through V controlled substances using e-prescribing methods if done in accordance with the federal rules for e-prescribing controlled substances.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
