<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>725 ILCS 120/4.5</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act. Provides that if the office of the municipal attorney is prosecuting the case of the death of a person resulting from reckless homicide or a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code in which the defendant intends to plead guilty to the violation, the office of the municipal attorney prosecuting the case shall notify the spouse, parent, child, or sibling of the decedent of the date of that plea and of the right of such persons to attend such court appearance and of a representative of such family members to present a victim impact statement at sentencing.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
