Provides that the court may order, if it is in the best interest of the minor child on whose behalf support payments are ordered, the custodial parent to provide an accounting of expenditures of support funds. Requires the moving party to certify that a motion for an accounting is well grounded and not brought for an improper purpose. Provides that the court may order the custodial parent to produce verification of the expenses and may enter any orders necessary to ensure that the funds are expended in the best interest of the child. Effective January 1, 2011.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
