<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 2105/2105-30</reference><aliasreference>was 20 ILCS 2105/60p</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, provides that any license application or renewal form that the Department provides to a person shall include a waiver that gives the person the option to grant or deny permission to the Department to sell his or her information, as part of the roster of information including, but not limited to, his or her name, address, and profession, to a third party. Provides that the waiver shall clearly present this option and require the person to check a box marked "Yes" or a box marked "No". Effective immediately.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Committee Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, provides that any roster of information including, but not limited to, the licensee's name, address, and profession, shall not be used by a third party for the purpose of marketing goods or services not related to the licensee's profession.
