<reference>410 ILCS 620/21.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health may not regulate the practice of extracting honey from a bee comb by a beekeeper, nor may the Department regulate or inspect honey houses. Defines "honey house" as any stationary or portable building, or any room or place within a building, used for the purpose of extracting, processing, or other handling of honey. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
