Provides that beginning January 1, 2011, and annually each January 1 thereafter, the maximum amount that may be recovered by a person who rents a motor vehicle to another due to the theft of the rental motor vehicle shall be increased by $500 above the maximum recovery allowed immediately prior to January 1 of that year.
