<reference>815 ILCS 505/2III new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that a person may not sell, market, promote, advertise, or otherwise distribute an individual's social security number without that individual's express written consent. Makes a person's violation of this provision an unlawful practice under the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
