Provides that an ordinance that provides for the administrative adjudication of automated traffic law (red light) violations shall require that all determinations by a technician employed or contracted by the municipality or county that a motor vehicle committed an automated traffic law violation must be reviewed and approved by a sworn law enforcement officer of the municipality or county issuing the violation. Provides for additional notice requirements to persons issued a red light violation.
