<reference>40 ILCS 5/14-104</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-104</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Allows a member to establish service credit for up to 12 days of voluntary or involuntary furlough used to address a State fiscal emergency. Requires employee contributions, plus an amount determined by the Board to be equal to the employer's normal cost of the benefit, plus interest at the actuarially assumed rate. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
