Increases the amount that must be deposited into the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund from State use and occupation tax proceeds. Provides that those moneys shall be deposited into the Fund in each fiscal year during which the Authority has bonds outstanding, but not after fiscal year 2060 (instead of fiscal year 2042). Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. Makes changes concerning the maturity date of bonds or notes issued by the Authority.
