<reference>775 ILCS 5/7A-102</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 68, par. 7A-102</aliasreference><reference>775 ILCS 5/7B-102</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 68, par. 7B-102</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that the Department of Human Rights may (instead of shall) conduct a fact finding conference under specified circumstances. Provides that, in proceedings other than those involving real estate transactions, notices concerning the complainant's right to file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission or commence a civil action shall be sent by the Department of Human Rights by regular mail (instead of certified or registered mail). Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
