Provides that on each monthly bill for wireless telecommunications service sent to a consumer by a wireless telecommunications carrier, the carrier must state (i) the date on which the consumer's contract for wireless telecommunications service provided by the carrier ends and (ii) the amount of any termination fee charged to the consumer by the carrier if the consumer terminates wireless telecommunications service before the date on which the consumer's contract ends.
