<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>815 ILCS 505/2III new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that at the time a consumer enters into an agreement for the purchase of wireless telecommunications service from a wireless telecommunications carrier, the carrier must offer the consumer the option of not receiving automated instructions for leaving voice mail in connection with calls made by the consumer. Makes a carrier's violation of this provision an unlawful practice under the Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
