Provides that an offender convicted of or placed on supervision for an offense committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act that would qualify the accused as a child sex offender shall wear an approved electronic monitoring device for the duration of the person's natural life. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
