Provides that the Chicago Board of Education must require schools under the jurisdiction of the Board to (1) limit the service of dessert to students to no more than once per week; (2) provide fresh fruit and vegetables to students on a daily basis; and (3) limit the menu to contain only one item per day that contains cheese. Effective immediately.House Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause.
