In the Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act, requires each participating system to submit to the other participating systems quarterly (rather than to submit to other participating systems, upon request) a report, properly certified, regarding the pension credits of each employee and any other pertinent information that may be necessary for proper administration of the Article and requires the report be transmitted, at a minimum, in an electronic format.
