Provides that the information contained in the record of transfer of firearms, stun guns, and tasers shall be forwarded to the Department of State Police, which shall create a database containing all such information in the record. Provides that the failure to forward the information contained in the record to the Department of State Police within 10 days after the transfer of the firearm, stun gun, or taser is a petty offense.
