Provides that a person charged with the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer may not receive a disposition of supervision. Provides that a period of probation, a term of periodic imprisonment, or conditional discharge shall not be imposed for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer or for the offense of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
