<reference>30 ILCS 105/5.719 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>110 ILCS 805/3-29.4 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>625 ILCS 5/3-684 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the State Finance Act, the Public Community College Act, and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 509 to establish a 3-year vocational partnership pilot program, beginning with the 2010-2011 academic year. Provides that under the program, the Board shall enter into partnerships with trade unions to introduce various apprenticeship courses in needed disciplines at the community college. Provides that the courses offered under the program shall be funded through grants from the Illinois Community College Board from money appropriated from the Community College Vocational Partnership Fund, a special fund created in the State treasury. Provides that the Secretary of State may issue special registration plates designated as Trade Union license plates. Provides for the fees for the plates to be deposited into the Community College Vocational Partnership Fund and the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
